As part of the post-event activities for Sustainable Places 2017 (SP2017), Dr. Thomas Messervey, CEO and co-founder of R2M, is guest editing a special issue of the Buildings Journal published by MPDI AG.
The technology used is based on data processing (Point Clouds) obtained using digital (GoPro Hero4) and professional cameras (Zenmuse X5) installed on a Drone (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle). This service creates a world of opportunities in terms of execution speed and accuracy of the result.

The 5th annual Sustainable Places international conference on Energy Efficient Buildings (EeB) and smart grids, an official EU Sustainable Energy Week (EUSEW) Energy Day, was hosted by Teesside University in Middlesbrough, UK from 28th – 30th June 2017. The 2017 Sustainable Places international conference has been held at Teesside University. The R2M team has had the opportunity to present the INNOQUA project with a poster session.
Andrea Costa represents R2M with our EU innovations and leed/sustainability experience with key industry players at Rebuild 2017, a national platform to share knowledge, gather stakeholders and create new business opportunities in the construction sector.
