Amedeo Leva is a qualified chartered building engineer member of the Italian professional association of Engineers in Como. Amedeo got his graduation from Politecnico di Milano in 2008 and since then he has been working for IFEC Consulenze SA in Switzerland as a specialist in building physic, energy efficiency in buildings, retrofit and acoustic. Amedeo is also specialist for the energy certification in Switzerland (CECE – GEAK) and the Minergie sustainability label. During his experience he has developed skills in energy concepts for new or renovated building, evaluation and optimization of construction details design for improved energy, comfort and acoustic performance. He is now a project manager on multi-sector projects covering acoustic, energy, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems design. Since 2009 he has been involved as professor assistant in University of Lugano (SUPSI) for building physic courses.
