Giulia Carbonari holds a MSc degree in Management of Built Environment from Politecnico di Milano and a MSc in Facilities Management from University of Brighton. In 2013 she pursued a PhD scholarship at University of Greenwich in Facilities Management with specialization in sustainability and Building Information Modelling (BIM) in existing buildings. She was employed for three years at GVA in London where she worked as consultant for private and public clients in UK and Europe providing strategic review of the estates and facilities functions.
Main areas of activity in R2M:
Giulia is involved in the HORIZON 2020 European Projects CityxChange as Innovation Manager and REACT as Project Manager and Pilot site coordinator and is involved in consulting activities in Italy.
