Ethan Lariviere

Ethan Lariviere is an energy engineer specializing in energy transition and sustainable systems applied to buildings and infrastructure. A graduate of ESIEE Paris with a Master’s degree in Energy Transition Engineering, he further developed his skills through the European EUREC program, run by Mines Paris – PSL (PERSEE) and the Lisbon Superior Technical Institute. He is currently pursuing a specialized Master’s degree in renewable energies with a specialization in ocean energy.

His career combines technical engineering, innovation, and European project management. His professional experience includes the design and modeling of district heating solutions and the performance of energy audits for commercial, residential, and industrial buildings. Today, as a Junior Project Manager at R2M Solution, he is actively involved in the administrative and technical management of European projects (Horizon Europe, LIFE) and in facilitating design thinking workshops that promote collaborative innovation.

Thanks to his international training and multidisciplinary experience, Ethan combines technical expertise, analytical rigor, and the ability to work in multicultural environments in the service of energy transition and building efficiency.

Main area of activity in R2M Solution:

Ethan contributes to the development and management of European projects, participates in the administrative and technical monitoring of ongoing projects, and coordinates with European partners.
His role also includes facilitating co-creation and design thinking workshops, contributing to innovation studies in the field of energy performance, and supporting communication activities and the dissemination of research results.
