Léa Faure

Léa Faure holds a two-year university degree in technology in business and marketing techniques from Université Paul Sabatier in Toulouse, followed by a DUETE year studying Economics and Management at UNISA University in Italy under an Erasmus exchange. Having recently completed her Master’s degree in Innovation and Territorial Transition Management at Université Côte d’Azur in Nice, she combines academic knowledge with hands-on experience in project coordination, multi-stakeholder networking, and strategic communication.

During her work-study program as a Project Manager at Fondation Mission Santé, Léa led the territorial duplication of inclusive projects across two departments, managing budgets, partner networks, and project promotion. Léa joined R2M Solution France in September 2026 as an EU Project Manager.

Léa contributes to the development of European projects while also taking part in other company activities, such as consulting, market research, commercial support, and events.
