as DATA CONTROLLER of personal data collected digitally inform you as follows
WHAT ARE COOKIES?
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer by the websites that you visit. They are widely used in order to make websites work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the owners of the website. The use of cookies is now standard for most websites.
Cookies are distinguished:
Technical cookies
Technical cookies are a prerequisite for the proper functioning of a website. They allow website users to browse, share content, store login credentials to speed up access to the website in case of future visits (if are a registered user) and activate browsing preferences. Without technical cookies a website owner cannot guarantee the perfect functioning of the purposes for which users access the website. Functional cookies, on the other hand, are not essential to the operation of a website, but they improve the quality and improve the overall website browsing experience.
Cookies in this category are always sent from the domain of the website owner. Technical cookies can be divided into:
– navigation or session cookies, which guarantee the normal navigation and use of a website (allowing, for example, to make a purchase or authenticate to access restricted areas);
– analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics), are assimilated into technical cookies when used directly by the website operator to collect information, in aggregate form, on the number of users and how they visit the website;
– functionality cookies, which allow the user to navigate according to a series of selected criteria (for example, the language, the products selected for purchase) in order to improve the service provided.
It should be noted in particular that the Google Analytics tool used on this website collects the IP address of visitors to provide an indication of their geographical location. This method is known as IP geolocation. Google Analytics does not report information relating to the actual IP addresses of visitors. Due to the use of a method known as IP masking, Google Analytics communicates information so that only a part of the IP address is used for geolocation, instead of the whole address.
One can download the browser add-on for deactivating Google Analytics at this address https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The add-on communicates to the Google Analytics JavaScript code (ga.js) to indicate that the website visit information should not be sent to Google Analytics. For the use of technical cookies, the consent of the interested party is not required.
Cookies for the integration of third party functionalities
Some cookies are used to integrate third-party functionalities in a website (for example integration with social networks or advertising services). Cookies of this category can be sent either from the domain(s) of the website being used or from partner website(s) in order to offer specific features. These types of cookies can use the data collected from a website user’s visit for the purpose of showing targeted advertisements.. All internet browsers are automatically set to accept this type of cookies.

Cookie setting
By default, many internet browsers automatically allow the use of cookies, but also offer the possibility to control most of the cookies, including the possibility of either accepting the usage of them or not and defining the procedure for deleting them.
For more information on cookie control, see the “Tools” (or similar) section of your chosen internet browser.
Internet users can set their internet browser to provide a warning before accepting cookies of a specific website, having the possibility to decide whether to allow it or not. One can also completely disable cookies.
How to disable cookies?
If internet users prefer not to allow cookies, they can change the settings of their internet browser in order to be notified each time a cookie is proposed to their computer, or in order to be able to delete the cookies already stored on their hard disk. Please be reminded, however, that by preventing a website owner from placing cookies on your computer during the visit (including essential cookies), or by deleting cookies after they have been placed, it could affect the functionality of that website and compromise its effective use by the website user. This applies to all websites, including those owned by R2M Solution, once cookies are disabled via internet browser settings.
As previously stated, most internet browsers (e.g. Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, etc.) are configured to accept cookies. The cookies stored on a device’s hard disk can still be deleted and it is also possible to disable cookies by following the instructions provided by the main browsers, in the support sections listed as follows:
