The project introduces a new paradigm in the multifamily residential sector, where wellbeing becomes a measurable, certified, and strategic parameter for enhancing asset value. With more than 100 requirements across 10 categories (including air, water, light, comfort, materials, safety, and community), the WELL for Residential protocol was integrated from the earliest design stages through a coordinated, performance-driven approach. R2M Solution supported the entire certification process, integrating WELL requirements into the design and construction phases and ensuring alignment between wellbeing objectives, sustainability goals, and architectural quality.
