Alessandra Barbieri graduated with a M.Sc. degree in Building Engineering at Politecnico di Milano. She has been actively working in the field of sustainability since 2018 and in July 2019 obtained the BREEAM Advisory Professional (AP) qualification.
She has collaborated with l’Ordine Nazionale degli Architetti, Pianificatori, Paesaggisti e Conservatori in the editing of the volume “Indicatori del benessere dell’abitare” She has also carried out research activities in the field of energy flexibility in particular on the existing building stock with a focus on thermal mass storage potential.
Main area of activity in R2M:
Alessandra is part of the team in the Energy & Sustainability division of R2M Solution. She actively collaborates in sustainability certification processes for existing buildings and new constructions (BREEAM and LEED).
