Matteo Ferrai, holds a MSc degree in Architecture and Building Engineering from Università degli Studi di Cagliari and a Master degree in “European Projects management”. Expert qualified in Health & Safety Manager (RSPP) and Fire & Risk Management (fire prevention Ministerial register), he has extensive experience as a freelance, as well as being an Expert in Energy Management (EGE – UNI 11339) and certified Energy Manager, registered in the national lists, with experience also in the coordination of technical-strategic support activities and the drafting of Sustainable Energy Action Plans (SEAPs) for various Municipalities.
Main area of activity in R2M:
Matteo is part of the Energy division. He is involved in the HORIZON 2020 European Projects (SPEHERE, REACT) and in Energy Strategy, as Certified Energy Manager (EGE) including: Energy audits (compliance with DLgs 102/2014); Energy assessment; “turn key” ESCo solutions and Energy Communities in Smart districts.
