He holds a degree in Environmental Sciences and has been a LEED AP since 2009 and a BREEAM Assessor since 2016. For over twenty years, he has worked in the fields of sustainable buildings, energy efficiency, process digitalization, and the integration of ESG criteria into real estate investment, management and asset value creation strategies.
He has long been active in the Italian green building and sustainable real estate community. Within GBC Italia, he has served as a trainer, Secretary of the Lombardia Chapter, and coordinator of committees and working groups dedicated to the development of protocols, position papers and tools to support the sustainable transformation of the construction value chain.
Main area of activity in R2M:
Since joining R2M Solution in 2019, as Country Manager Italy, he has supervised and coordinated the Italian Research to Market team, developing services and solutions for the Real Estate sector with the aim of turning innovation, data and standards into tangible market value. He works with investment funds, asset management companies, banks, insurance companies, design firms, construction companies, public administrations, utilities and research organizations on ESG strategies, decarbonization pathways, green building certification schemes, EPBD, SRI, Digital Building Logbook, digital twins and innovative technologies emerging from European projects.
