Lorenzo Cifariello holds a Chemical Engineering degree from the Polytechnic of Milan. From 2009 till 2020 he has worked at Duff & Phelps REAG, a leading company in real estate appraisals, valuation and technical due diligence.
As Associate Director of the Professional Services department, he coordinated projects on a massive scale connected with investment funds, banks, wealth management firms, insurance agencies and public institutions in areas related to sustainability, environmental assessment, management and reclamation, facility systems, and occupational health & safety management connected to the Real Estate,.
He has also been the Health & Safety Manager for the italian branch offices of the Duff & Phelps Group, managing over 200 people.
Between 2020 and 2021, he has served in Prelios Integra, another leading company in the Real Estate appraisal market, pursuing the activities in the environmental assessment, management and reclamation, together with the occupational health & safety management.

Lorenzo, as Technical Manager of Innovative Products, oversees the technical aspects of the division, supported by a team of highly qualified professionals.
The ultimate goal of the Innovative Products Division is to improve the spreading and adoption of innovative technological solutions in the Real Estate market, offering the most innovative, reliable and successful products focused on topics such as digitalisation, sustainability and energy efficiency.
