Rosamaria Olivadese

EU R&D Project Manager and Business developer
Rosamaria attained the Master Degree in Building Engineering and Architecture from University of Pavia (Italy) and a Master in Architecture and Urban Planning from Tongji University of Shanghai (China) in 2013. She also holds a PhD in Civil Engineering and Architecture from University of Pavia (Italy) in collaboration with the Department of Management in the Built Environment of the Delft University of Technology (The Netherlands) where she conducted part of her PhD research activity. She lived in the Netherlands where she worked as architect and designer in an architectural office in Amsterdam before joining a consultancy company in Delft working on EU R&I projects on the topics of energy efficient buildings, BIM, deep renovation processes, ICT for buildings and building management. After that, Rosamaria worked as Scientist Integrator at TNO Strategic Analysis and Policy, the Netherlands Organization for Applied Scientific Research where she gained a lot of experience in managing, collaborating in and writing European Research projects on the topics of smart cities & communities, urban and building transformation & adaptation, social acceptance of technologies for energy transition, integrated approach and stakeholders’ interaction for energy transition. In R2M, she is involved in several European funded projects. Her activity is focused on technologies and processes for (deep) renovation towards energy transition, smart cities & communities, and energy transition. She is also involved in proposal writing.

Main area of activity in R2M:

Rosamaria Olivadese works as EU Research and Innovation project manager and business developer at R2M Solution srl in Pavia, Italy. She is involved in several European funded projects with the role of project manager and researcher. Her activity is focused on technologies and processes for (deep) renovation towards energy transition, smart cities & communities. She is also involved in proposal writing.
